Diet Tips: Quaker Oat Cookies With Chocolate Chips!

Nope! Nope!! The title has got nothing to do with me. I am NOT on a diet, all I do is watch my diet, ensuring what I eat is balanced and sedap.

Last week, I was at Tesco and suddenly the Quaker advertisement kept playing in my mind. The one you put a Quaker cookie in your pocket!

So, I went to the shelves that had all the biscuits and cookies, and I searched for this Quaker Oat Cookies, and I chose to try the one with Chocolate Chips! My next try would be the one with Honey!!!

Anyways, I have to admit, I've tried the other oat cookie by Krunch and I only had one and that's it. No more repeats for it because it did not treat my taste senses well enough but Quaker Oat Cookies did a very good job! It is so sedappppp!!!!!

My main intention stepping to the Johor Premium Outlets was to see for myself whether or not the Coach Factory Boutique there is really cheap compared to the ones at the malls.

So, I jalan, jalan, jalan, jalan, snap, snap, snap, snap!!!

After checking and observing, I have to say that the products here are not cheaper, it's just that they're all on discount (all year round) and you can actually find some latest ones too!

I'll be back here soon to get some bags for me and mummy and for someone who has been coping with me.

Oh My, it's Malaysian's Favourite!!!

We were so indecisive about what to catch for dinner! I wanted Pulut Mango, Dragon wanted Nasi Lemak and I decided that maybe we should go search for some Nasi Lemak Daun Pisang and here we are!!

I've eaten this Nasi Lemak before somewhere near Puchong, and since there's an outlet in Taipan USJ, we settled for this!

I'm in the midst of completing a very important project and once it's done, I may be able to achieve many things in life. I was thinking of starting a small sibling-business with my two brothers. Insya Allah.

The Foodcourt @ Johor Premium Outlets

Now, now...this is the food court at the Johor Premium Outlets. There's many varieties to choose from. Locals, Westerns, Chinese etc and the price is very-very reasonable. I was expecting the place to be slightly expensive from our KLCC food court but, I was surprised....it was cheaper!!!

There's many sections in this food court and the seats and chairs are of different designs and shapes. Very nice!!

The only thing they lack of is the cleanliness!! As you step into the food court, you'll be greeted by big-fat-huge flies! Now...that's disgusting!!

They truly have to do something about the flies in this food place. It's never complimenting to find flies at where you eat.

To the management of JPO,

My past post of Johor Premium Outlets was just an intro, here are some snap shots on what's in there! Right at the entrance, is the FOOD COURT!! Typical Malaysian! I love the interior of the Food Court. Very stylish and the price is (in fact) cheaper than KLCC's Food Court! The price is very reasonable, only that...it lacks on 1 thing, and I'll talk about that on my later posting.

We were both in a hurry so we couldn't survey much. We were rushing to enter Singapore to go get some perfumes and soaps.

First Step To Johor Premium Outlets

When the entire country was busy talking about the launch of Johor Premium Outlets, I was busy searching information on it and finally, we made a drive down to Johor last 2 weeks to view it for ourselves!!

AND...as usual, I was requested to make some breakfast to fill the tummy throughout the drive. So, I did some fried rice with mushroom and salted fish and chili and eggs! AND....the outcome was very good!! Ye, tak kisahlah kalau saya masuk bakul angkat sendiri pon...tapi ni ada testimonial, okay!!

To those of you from Malacca, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor, KL, Penang, Kedah or Perlis, if driving to JPO using the North-South Expressway, please exit at Senai and follow the sign board to Airport. Half way through, search for Persimpangan Indahpura and you'll be in JPO in no time. Rough time from Senai exit to JPO is about 10 minutes :-)

A friend BBM-ed and asked if I'd like to join in for dinner. I said OK and so they fetched us and we went in one car.

At first, we decided on Pelita for their Roti Pisang but ended up here...because we're foodies, we're indecisive when it comes to food!!!

Loving Chilis Like No Other!

Last week was a stressful week. A week full of delays and hiccups!! I'm just praying for a fruitful week this week and all the weeks to come.

Being truly under pressure, I brought my feet and we stomped to Chilis!! Yeayyy!!!

This is something I love so much!!!! I'll order this on my next visit! For sure!! I'm a huge fan of Button Mushrooms and Cheese!!! I can eat them all day long!! Pastu kalau berat badan naik, jangan bising aah!!

But as usual, everytime I step in Chilis, I'll order Monterrey Chicken! But I have to say that the portion is getting smaller (or is the plate getting bigger??) Then, I'll request for extra servings of the mashed potato's gravy! Super yummy!!!

Well, I find this picture really annoying but who cares? I don't only put up proper pictures of me, I usually put up what's captured :-)

OK, last week, thru BBM, a friend invited me to enjoy dinner in Klang. Well, actually, this eating venue is at the border of Kuala Selangor okay!!

So, this is the signage to the "BISTRO"...parking is easy. You can park your car(s) alongside the road.

The price is very reasonable and the food is very tasty! I have to recommend their western food. Don't waste your time ordering the local delights :-) Local delights like the Mee & Meehonn are not that good.

The Western Food is good, and with all the eating power that I have, I grant this place 4 stars for their Westerns :-)

I was at Taipan USJ last week for this Pisang Goreng at Restoran D'Andaman. I never knew anything about this Pisang Goreng until I saw a stretch of people lining up for it!

I queued at the back of this lady and it took me about 15 minutes to get my bananas!

RM1 for 8 pieces of Pisang Goreng.

Last week was a very stressful week for me. The week became so WEAK!

I was breathless, and weak and stressed over every thing!!

I cannot tahan being treated rudely. If you have no manners, deal not with me, I might just spank the hell out of you!!

We went to IKEA for the meatballs and Egg Tarts!! We ordered 20 meatballs and we finished them all :-)

That puppy-doll with me has a name! We named him Albert, The Bulldog!!

We brought Albert into the IKEA Restaurant to keep the little one entertained.

Then, it's a Wedding Lunchie!

I had an invitation for lunch at my partner's brother's wedding in Subang Jaya. We reached on-time as the people left and so, I had a nice place to sit and eat, and enjoy the food that was really good!!!!! The best Wedding Food I had was at my cousin's wedding. I was in Secondary School then. It was Kak Tina's wedding and the food was superb!!! Super superb but, this Wedding Food Caterer was fantastic as well....

Then, it's dinner time. We headed to a hawker for this Cantonese Meehoon that I love so much! This is my second try and, with all the power that I have, I'm giving it 4.5 starssss!!!!

Did you know that chocolate, when taken at a non-excessive amount is very OK for the brains and the nervous system?

My all-time favourite is definitely Cadbury Dairy Milk Chocolate and also the one with Hazelnut.

When I'm stressed and feel like there's no more tomorrows for me, I'd always grab some chocolates to lick and lick and suck and suck!! Nyummy!!!!

Sometimes, just sitting lazily in the hall with a bar of chocolate in my hand, it truly satisfies me. A good sleep after the chocolate would be much better!! *winks*

Suddenly, all the Laksam stalls were closed and so we settled for Nasi Lemak. While eating and enjoying the boys singing along with their guitars, I spotted this boy whom I personally think, he looks like KHAIRUL FAHMI CHE MAT!!

But what is there to bite when the thing to bite is boney?

I saw that signage at a Carl's Jr outlet and I snapped for YOU! Yes, *YOU*!!

This is what I call a "Rum-Ball". Mummy's eldest sister, Aunty Vivienne used to work at The Merlin Hotel Kuala Lumpur (now known as Concorde). Most of the days, when she comes home after work, she'd bring this Rum-Ball and it will be shared by the three-stooges, Navin, Daven amd I :-)

Now, the (easily-found) Rum Ball I'd recommend would be the ones sold at Baker's Cottage! It's RM1.90 if I'm not worng and it taste almost as good as the ones we used to enjoy from The Merlin!

Then, last week, I was at a Flea Market and there was this one stall selling cakes and pastries!!

Then, my eyes were pleased to see these Rum Balls that was sold at 50 sen each, slightly bigger than a 50 sen in diameter! The taste?? Nyummy!!!! I'd choose this Rum Ball, second would be Baker's Cottage's!

Sorry, Baker's Cottage, you have fallen to my number 2, now!!

And this is from Coffee Bean. It's Buy 1, Free 1 if you're a Citibank Card Holder! Worth the buy, then!

One's Mocha Ice Blended and the other one is Hazelnut Ice Blended! The one in the small cup is Fresh Milk! Did you know that you can fill-up on unlimited Fresh Milk while dining in Coffee Bean :-)

The Football tickets were sold at RM50 per ticket and from here, I see, based on the crowd in the stadium, it's truly not worth the game!

We're all aware that the final for Piala Malaysia is held at this moment at the Shah Alam Stadium, having Terengganu against Negeri Sembilan.

I didnt make it to the stadium because I was having some work to settle in the afternoon right until almost 8pm so, I decided not to accept the tickets.

Come, come...intro a little...that's the picture of my sayang, Hadi Yahya and Atyh's sayang, Manaf Mamat! The strikers of Terengganu. Well, I have to admit that this season is not a good season for Hadi Yahya as, we can see...he kicked NO GOAL at all. What is wrong, my dear Hadi Yahya??? Internal matters, izzit??

Anyhow, the first 45 minutes, I've already declared this name as a boring game.

The Field! Shah Alam has one of the worst field in this arena.

My personal comment on Hadi Yahya, my (used to be) favourite PLAYER!

I don't know what is he focusing on, it's definitely not the GOAL.
Maybe we should put the blame of his Kasut Emas!! That shoes boosted some ego in him. That's not good!
Or...maybe it's some internal crisis??

Once A Week!

I am most particular about my skin, all over.

I'd normally pamper my skin (all over) with loads and loads of Vitamin E as we're all aware that Vitamin E is fantastic for the skin!

AND...this is what I'll do once a week, sometimes twice!! I'll mask my face!!! When the mask dries, I'll spray with water, make it moisturized again, and leave it again to dry. Normally, I'd leave it for almost an hour.

I've been so busy that I lost track of when was the last I took a book to read!

Yesterday, with Kekan and the kids, we went to Alpha Angle and I went to MPH immediately after lunch to see if I can grab a book.

Then, this book caught my attention!

TRUMP - Think Like A Billionaire!! Yeayy...mana tau, kot-kot I have to think like one, soon!!

I managed to read a few pages in this book and I decided maybe I should just take it home.

Straight to the counter, paid and left to meet Kekan. Kekan was at Alpha Angle's playground with the kids.

Wah!! It's been a while since my last posting on Abdul Hadi Yahya, my super favourite Football Player!!!

Yesterday, Saturday, was the 2nd Leg for Terengganu VS Selangor and I was at home, watching it with a huge smile on my face!

Of course I was super happy that I get to watch to Abdul Hadi Yahya play. Nevermind if I get to see him on TV, as long as I get to watch, I am happy.

Suddenly, I felt that I should snap him off the TV...and I did!! Yeayy...and it became my BBM Profile picture for the next 4 hours :-)

Grab the ball, Bebeh!!!

Will this angau ever end? WHen get a glimpse of Abdul Hadi Yahya, I can smile and show each and every of my teeth!

It's not quite his season this time around and I do (still) wish him all the best. Terengganu is already in the finals, and I'm delighted!

Two days ago, Kekan & I went cockle hunting and we found this really good place for cockle munching!

It's RM4 per plate and the sauce is good...at least, to me :-)

We ordered, one Teh Tarik and my Kopi Tarik!!!

Macarons!

Macarons to me is a seasonal biscuit. Just like cupcakes :-)

Since the Macarons-phenomena attacked us since early 2011, I've always wanted to have a taste of it but I never came across it, only in blogs (but, I'm not a buy-online-blogger).

Somewhere in July, while I was with a friend, strolling the city's shopping complex, there was a counter selling Macarons!

The size was slightly bigger than our 50 sen coin and sold at RM4.50 per Macaron! Sorry, but I don't indulge without connecting my brains to my purse!

Until I find a Macaron that is reasonable at price...I won't buy! Fullstop :-)

Then yesterday, right after checking-in a place I was, a friend commented and asked for my location stating that she wants to send some Macarons!

Yeaayyyyyyy!!!!!

2 Hours after the date is set, both these friends arrived and brought this Macarons!

You're having coffee and tea with some friends, and suddenly a man/lady comes up to your table, handing you some religion books / medical oils, whatsoever and gives you a super sad story.

Akak, ini Muqoddam. Saya mata sakit, operation. Ini buku, IKHLAS, suka hati.

Then, you ask...Berapa ini buku?

IKHLAS!

Do you realize that if you're IKHLAS to hand him RM1, that is NOT IKHLAS to him???

This happened yesterday. An old man handed us 2 Muqoddams and said IKHLAS and when my friend took out RM5 and handed him, he said, tak cukup. 2 buku RM10!!

Introducing...My Brothers!

Introducing my 2 brothers, EJ & Heikal. I have another brother, Heiman but he has passed away at the age of 11, so young and fragile.

Anyways, this is my 1st brother, EJ Boy. He is 21 years old now.

This is my 2nd brother, Heikal and he is 19 years old now!

After Heikal, is my late brother, Arwah Heiman, of which if he's alive, he is 12 years old now. He was such a bubbly & jolly-boy!

And this is of course, yours truly!!

Okay, that's all I wanna share up here with you!

5 Sen!

This is my favourite milk. It's by Magnolia. They changed the packaging!! This is normally sold at RM5.80 per box.

Last week, at Jaya Jusco, Alpha Angle, I went to buy purchase this milk for Mummy. They sold it at RM5.90, but I still bought it because I bought some other milk as well that was sold a little cheaper than its normal price. So, plus minus, it's still cheap :-)

To cut this short, when I was paying this, they scanned the price as RM5.95 (RM0.05 higher)

Me: Sis, ni harga dia (and I showed her that paper on top)

Cashier: Oh, tapi sistem letak RM5.95

Me: Ye? Tapi saya tahu ni harganya.

Cashier: Tak boleh, sebab sistem dah RM5.95

Me: Tulah, tapi ini lah harga dia (pointing at the paper on top)

Cashier: So, akak nak ke susu ni?

Me: Nak.

Cashier: Dengan harga....??

Me: Of course lah RM5.90.

Cashier: Akak tolong bayar kat depan sana, sana yang boleh adjust harga.

To The Next Cashier.

Cashier: RM5.95 (sambil minta $$)

Me: Salah tu, ni RM5.90

Cashier: Tapi system tak nak tukar harga

Me: Oh ye ke? Takpelah, saya beli dengan harga RM5.90

Cashier: Tapi...

Me: Terima Kasih, ya.

I know, some of you might be thinking...5 sen je pun but to me, if you multiply the 5 sen to the quantity of customers being cheated....how much will you get?

Always, I repeat, ALWAYS, scan your items before you check-out to pay and always check your receipt. Most hypermarkets and supermarkets has issues, putting an item on promotion and when the promotion ends, the tags are left but the price has been increased!!

I finally had my milk at RM5.90 :-)

I'm one happy customer :-)

Salted Egg :-)

I love to eat and I like to cook.

This is what we had for last week's lunch. I made Tomato Chicken, Fried Vegetable and Salted Egg.

The best part is, this is my first attempt to boil Salted Egg. I've never boiled Salted Egg before, Chicken Eggs, yes but, not Salted Egg.

Anyways, it was well cooked only that I was shaking when I cut the egg in two so it did not turn out to be a nice cut.

My next try-out would be, Masak Lemak Cili Api Telur Masin :-)

Al Fatihah...En Jamal Nordin

Al Fatihah to Mr Jamal Nordin who has passed away on Friday morning at 05:30 hours (7th October 2011)

I got to know him 2 years ago and we started some Business Ventures together. Most are at its peak already.

I got a message from his number today stating that he has passed away. I was in total shock!! I couldn't believe what I received.

En Jamal has taught me a lot. Super loads! Thank you, Sir!!

I'll still continue what I've started and I pray that everything will go well.

To his family, my deepest condolences goes out to all of you. I'll keep my promise, I promise, Insya Allah.

Part Of The Buys @ The Padini Warehouse Sale :-)

Remember my posting of Padini's Warehouse Sale the other day? This is part of what I got for myself. There's a few more but it's all in the washing machine already.

This is my favourite for evening wear. Sleeveless top in dark pink and I have another in black as well. The black I wore when I met Dedek the other day. I wore it with a skirt that I got from the sale as well. I wore a few already :-)

A very nice evening/night clutch to carry just money, IDs, cards and phones. Mine's in grey, to match my wallet :-) I lobe the buckle because it's BIG!!

This top was also grabbed during the Padini Sale. This was picked by Kekan. Kekan said...you'd look really sweet in this so, as usual, I was sold!!!

Food For Yesterday :-)

Eat & eat & eat!!

I was having this weird (enormous) appetite yesterday. I headed to Gombak for the Assam Pedas at my usual place. This time around, I had Ikan Tenggiri and as usual, it tasted good :-)

The Asam Pedas came with rice. I didn't want the ulam-ulaman so, I replaced it with salted fish!! It hasn't failed me yet and I am happy to recommend everyone to enjoy this Asam Pedas!!

Again, the address is at Pasar Besar Gombak, yes! It's inside the pasar at level 2. More stories, can be found HERE :-)

After lunching the Asam Pedas, I bought some Pisang Goreng from the stall next to it. Nyum! Nyum!!

30 Minutes later, I reached KL and went to a regular place to buy this kuih of which I do not know the name. I just love eating it.

Korang tahu tak nama kuih ni? Dalam ia ada pulut tepung, digoreng, and diselaput dengan gula cair.

Then, what happened was, I bought a packet of Laksam to eat for tea! Tea my head!! I had lunch at 2 pm, Pisang Goreng at 2.30 pm, then the unknown kuih at around 3.30 pm...suddenly Laksam at 4.30 pm???

This is EATING DAY!!!

I normally take Laksam without the vegetables but since this is prepacked, I had to eat the vegetables as well. It was okay but I'm sure I'd enjoy it better without the greens!

Okay, just a note, jangan tiru cara saya makan, ia adalah menakutkan :-)

Introducing.....Dedek!

This is an old friend, Dedek!

What happened was, we were both WhatsApp-ing each other and decided...let's meet-lah!!

So, we met last Friday night at this mamak place! We were supposed to meet at 9 pm, but pushed to 9.30 pm. Then, we catched-up will 3.30 am!

Well, it has been a very long time since we last met. If, I'm not mistaken, the last meet, was for tea at one of the Warehouse Sale and that was a really fast meet. 30 minutes only, perhaps!!

Now, this is a real catch-up!!

This was snapped at around 10.45 pm.

And this was snapped at around 3 am!

Dedek ordered Maggi Goreng if I'm not mistaken, and I ordered Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng but, unfortunately, my Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng was not good that night! The chicken has some smell that my throat couldn't accept.

We returned the Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng and changed for a Roti Canai Sugar. Then, the shop owner came over to ask what's wrong with the chicken. So, we explained but before we could say our 3rd word, the owner kept emphasizing that he orders 300 chickens from Ayamas!

With Customers, never try to defend your mistakes. It's as good as menegakkan benang yang basah. No matter what, customer is always RIGHT. Please take note :-)

How many phones have you changed?? Tell me!!!

Ever since mobile phones were introduced, I've only had a mobile phone during my 2nd semester in University. I bought it with my own pocket money!!

So, these are the lists of mobile phones I've owned. The picture right at the bottom is my current ~~mobile~~ smartphone.

My 1st Love is this Yellow Phillips Savvy. I'm a fanatic when it comes to Yellow!

Iyelah, dulu kan kiter rumah Kuning!!!

Then, after 4 years, I bought this Nokia 3610, original by Zitron! I felt really funky with this phone, and I loved the blacklighting :-)

Then, I opted for another number, so I bought another phone! A Nokia too, Nokia 3615. Also original by Zitron :-)

Later, like a few years later, I thought of trying the Sony Ericsson! I looked for something with an mp3 player and I was satisfied with this one, Sony Ericsson K300i. This phone was then sold but I was not given the money. The money for this phone that was sold, was stolen!! I declare it stolen!!

Nanti kau pencuri, aku tak halalkan ongkos yang kau curi. Sini-Sana aku akan tuntut :-)

Then, I upgraded to another Sony Ericsson, K618i. This phone not only has mp3, it's 3G! You can make Video Calls with it! Haaa, canggih tak canggih??

Then, it's time for a Smart Phone. This time around, it's a Dopod U1000. It looks exactly like a computer, I mean, mini computer! Whereever I go, when I open the phone, people will definitely ask "where did you buy that lil' computer?"...

I loved it so much!! I can do all a computer can do, like surf the net, plus, it can call, video call, SMS, MMS!! The only one thing it CANNOT do is BBM!! (Obviously!!)

People would sometimes ask...

So, tunggu apa lagi, it's time for a BlackBerry-lah! This is my current phone.

PADINI's Stock Clearance! Selling Each @ RM 5 :-)

It was announced on Facebook that Padini is doing its Stock Clearance. It was held last Friday & Saturday at their Warehouse in Glenmarie.

Me & my friend, we went there around 10 am just to see a massive jam all the way to Glenmarie!! We reached at around 11:30 am. Then, there was this man in White & Black giving out summons to all the cars parked outside of Padini Holdings.

After experiencing these, I truly/highly recommend:-

For any Stock Clearance / Warehouse Sale, do it at a bigger area.
Ensure customers has legal parking lots to park their car(s).
If the sale is going to run for 2 days (example), make sure the stock is equivalent to the crowd. Don't stop the sale for re-stocking. It's inconvenient.
Don't allow your customer to wait more than 30 minutes to get into the Warehouse.

I ended up in the Warehouse eventually. Went for lunch first, then, I tried my luck!

For Ana, Nah...Curry Devil For You!

As per requested by my friend, Ana for the recipe of my Curry Devil. Here it is...

Cut the chicken into pieces.

Heat the oil in the wok.

Slice onions, ginger, garlic and serai.

Peel & cut the potatoes.

Fry the onions, ginger, garlic & serai until it smells like "heaven".

Put in some biji sawi.

Add kunyit and some chili paste.

Then stir fry till it all blends well.

Then put in your chicken and potatoes.

Pour water until it covers the chicken and potatoes.

Stir until it becomes dry.

Add in salt and vinegar (cuka).

Ready to serve!!

To be honest, I was really happy in Cameron Highlands! The weather was perfect, the surroundings was chilly, and the flowers!!

Hello! Hello!!! Makan Asam Pedas Nih!!!!

I re-visited the shop again. This is my 4th or 5th visit kot and I'm very satisfied with their cooking! My 1st visit was blogged some time back. CLICK HERE to read the older post.

Well, I do eat Asam Pedas but if we given a chance to choose, I'd go for something else, maybe curry or chili but ever-since I came across this shop at Pasar Besar Gombak, I realized that Asam Pedas can be really good to eat, especially with salted fish and salted egg.

Come, come!!! I know you've been waiting for this story. Come, let me tell you how I fell in-like with Abdul Hadi Yahya, Terengganu's Football Player Number 14.

It all started when I watched him play against China Taipei some months back, then again when I watched him play against Kelantan, if I'm not mistaken.

When my eyes caught him on the TV in the restaurant, I immediately posted on Facebook, wanting to know who on earth is that man in jersey number 14.

I even googled to find out. Thank you, Mr Google & Ms Farra for telling me Terengganu's Number 14 is Abdul Hadi Yahya!!!

So, since that day...I've gone head over heels for him.

Jangan kata nampak gambar, dengar nama pun boleh tersenyum sewel kejap, okay!

The above picture is him, Abdul Hadi Yahya and the boy he's carrying is his son, Haikal/Haiqal. Don't ask me how I know the name of his son. It's my little secret.

I admit, I really like him. Very much!! BUT, as I said...I only LIKE him. Unsure if it's anything MORE than that. Nevermind if I like him more than just a football player.

Then, later to that, I had two tickets to watch Malaysia against Arsenal at The National Stadium Putra Bukit Jalil. Apalagi, pergilah!

I went, I watched, I snapped as much of Hadi Yahya as I could. Then, I became even more into him! More & more into him!

After the Arsenal match, I was more than excited!! Rasa macam kanak-kanak dapat lollipop! I started searching for more information on Hadi Yahya. I started to like his fan pages and I found a link to his personal Facebook account.

Apalagi? I added him lah! Then, I couldn't add because he had too many friendship request! So, I messaged him to say that I wanna add him & that I'm a fan & that I watched him play against Arsenal and all those pick-up lines!

After 2 hours, he replied my message!!! So, I added more questions, like...Are you the real Hadi Yahya??

He made an effort to convince to me that he is. Thank You, Hadi!

It was on the same day, in the night, he started a chat with me from his hotel in Palace of The Golden Horses. I was surprised because Hadi Yahya said Hye to me on Facebook. Then we had a real long chat but the best part was when he proved to me he is Hadi Yahya. How??

Then, he offered me 2 tickets to watch him play against Singapore in Malaysia. I was more than happy to accept the tickets!!! He said, come and see him and I went!!

Then, I was surprised to be handed 2 VIP Tickets to watch the match!! It felt like a dream to see him LIVE before my eyes!! He's not that tall, not that short. Just average. He had a nice complexion for a man and he is very soft! Very-very soft!!

Then, I got him to sign my teddy bear that I leave in the car and my yellow bracelet!! Not only that, I got him to sign in my Notebook and Volley Ball as well.

But the best part is this part. Let the picture speak for itself. I don't wanna say much about it.

I've been blogging for quite a long time. Maybe 5-6 years already. I started off with MSN Spaces, then shifted to blogspot because many people are blogging via blogspot.

Then, when I got the hang of blogspotting, I kept myself blogging more frequent by-day!

Right after Jonker Walk, we went to Aunty Vivienne's house. I brought The Li's as well to enjoy Portuguese Cuisine! Ceh! Cuisine lagiii!!

We had Curry Devil, Lamb Stew, Baked Fish, BBQ Chicken etc, etc, etc!!!

Then, here comes Uncle Vincent, telling stories and stories to all of us. We were dully occupied...and Thank You, Uncle Vincent for entertaining my friends.

Jonker Walk, Melaka!

Now, it's time for updates on Jonker Walk.

Jonker Walk is located in Malacca, near Jalan Hang Jebat if I'm not mistaken. It's open every Friday, Saturday, Sunday & also on Public Holidays!!!

You can find many unique looking stuffs here. For example! SWORDS!!

Then, you can find toys and clothes and food and drinks and earrings and accessories and future husband/wife (if you're looking for one around this area)...

That's us strolling our way into Jonker Walk. It was a little hot that night. And STUFFY too! Suddenly, BearBear stopped to watch how this potato is made. How come they don't have them in Cheese Flavour?

Then, Moyo & I bought some earrings. It's 6 pairs for RM5!! So, we bought 3 pairs each.

Basically, this is how Jonker Walk looks like at night. Stuffy but, a real nice place to go. It's way much better than Petaling Street or any uptowns in KL.

The title has got nothing to do with the posting :-)

I've been requested to post some pictures of me with a friend but, after a few days of picking and picking, I'm not able to find a suitable one. So, I decided to put up pictures of me, and my sista, Moyo!!

This was taken during our Melaka trip last week.

Me being over excited talking to BearBear about...can't remember about what.

Moyo, Moyo....dah kubilang berkali, orang wanita tak boleh bang...nak jugak...That's our Moyo. We sat for a drink at Dataran Pahlawan before heading to Jonker Street. I had my favourite Nescafe Tarik!!

Kekan?? Oh, at this time, Kekan went to the "toilet" to get BearBear a DOMO Present. Yes, BearBear likes DOMO. DOMO likes BearBear :-)

Historical Malacca With Them All :-)

This trip was pre-planned for Bear-Bear's Birthday that fell last Thursday. We planned for a trip to Malacca on the Friday but we went on the Saturday for some reasons. No worries, Saturday was fun as well.

So, we left KL at 9am on Saturday morning. Reached R & R Seremban at 9:53 am, had breakfast and coffee and tea. What's for breakfast?? NASI CAMPUR!!!

Then, we continued our journey setelah perut kenyang and reached Malacca at 12 noon. We went to see some Roadshows and then, we hit Dataran Pahlawan. I wanted to get a new pair of Sunglasses but the one I wanted dah habis!!!

When I looked back at my own pictures, I realized that I don't look friendly most of the time. Oh, but that's okay because you can't look too friendly too, people might step on your head!

Sebenarnya, I love going to Melaka! I love Jonker!!

Then, we had pictures snapped around the water fall inside Dataran Pahlawan. Don't we just love being snapped? We never once said NO to a cam-shot!

Then, we crossed to Mahkota Parade for lunch. We had KFC for lunch but I have to say that the KFC in Mahkota Parade is way too oily. Even the Chicken Rice in KFC was not really cooked.

Then, we bumped into Butik Zaza.

Then, just before we headed to Jonker Street, we self-snapped ourselves after satisfying our bladders.

Reviving Memories!

As I woke up, I suddenly was reminded by the Malaysia VS Singapura's Football match! Yes, the match that I went to watch and was crazy snapping pictures.

When I was at the stadium, I tried to find the best seat, so that I won't have issues snapping pictures of my favourite Hadi Yahya (")v

I managed to snap a few hundred of his pictures. Some came out right, some was blur..but most of them was just nice! Clear!!

Anyways, I know you people are curious about what is going on, aite? Well, nothing is going on (at the moment) and if there is, it's up to me and the other half to decide whether or not to reveal it in here :-)

Stevia Leaves!

Remember my Cameron Trip the other day? On the way down, I bought this bag of leaves for drinking. It's not just any type of leaf. It's Stevia Leaves!

If you google on Stevia Leaves, you'll find loads of benefits that can be found in this leaf.

When the leaves are washed, and dried, then pounded into powder form, it can replace your sugar at home. Infact, it's waaaayyyyyy sweeter than sugar!! Sugar has 300 times more calories than stevia, so what else can I say?

This is my own experience with Stevia. I made a jug of Stevia Tea to drink all day and to my amazement, even when left overnight, the ants does not visit the sweet drink!! BUT!!! When I left her Teh Tarik on the table for 30 minutes, unattended, the cup of Teh Tarik looked more like a cup of ants! The best part was, the Stevia Drink was just next to the Teh Tarik.

Ok, ok, back to Mr Google. I googled the benefits of Stevia and it seems that it has these 4 main benefits. Wanna know??

To reduce Hi-Blood Pressure.
To help reduce sugar level in your blood. (Helps Diabetes)
It contains Antioxidants. (Great for SKIN)
It helps to loose weight.

I find all main 4 benefits truly beneficial :-) There are more to that, like it cures dandruff when you use the dilution to condition your hair. Leave it for 5-7 minutes will it absorbs fully.

I bought it in Cameron Highlands, a bag of leaves costs RM10.00 only. For each mug of hot water, you only need to use 4-6 leaves. Leave it for about 10 minutes (covered mug) before you drink it.

There's nothing that I can do. I want to see him LIVE but, I can't go to Negeri Sembilan, so, I decided to conquer the TV set during the match.

I'm unsure about what is going on but I think that Hadi Yahya's performance has gone down a little bit. The last goal I saw him kick was during the Malaysia vs Singapore Match in Stadium Jalan Besar.

I miss watching him kick goals. Every time he kicks a goal, I feel so proud. I'm proud that he won the Golden Boots (Kasut Emas) but, it seems that his kicking ability has dropped later to that a little.

Come-on, Hadi...kick some goals. I just hope that it's not some personal issues or things like that.

I snapped a lot more pictures but I prefer these 3 the most, especially the 2nd picture. Muka Gerammmmm!!!!

Drinks & Munchies In Indonesia :-)

It's been like 3 months that this post is kept in draft. It's all due to my obsession with Hadi Yahya, that I only wanna do postings on him...now, I have the time to post back on my Indonesia trip.

This time it's about the food & drinks you'll have to try or buy when you're there. MUST!!!

This one here, is the Avocado Juice of which the Indonesians calls it Alpukat. It's a must try when you're in Indonesia. According to the above price lists, the Alpukat is Rp 10,000...equivalent to RM3.60.

How do they do it?

The blend 1/2 fruit to a little water and then, it's served with chocolate condensed milk. Damn sedap!!!

Then, it's this Cappuccino Drink by Nescafe! The best!!! I've checked, in Malaysia, we don't have this drink by Nescafe. I bag has 15 sachets if I'm not mistaken and it cost Rp 22,000...equivalent to about RM8 plus.

Back to the Alpukat, the milk that they use looks like the picture below. Like condensed milk but with chocolate flavour :-) FYI, I bought 25 tins of Chocolate Milk to bring back home during my Indonesia-Trip :-)

The picture above is called Ikan Terbang. Another MUST-TRY when visiting Indonesia. It's plainly deep fried but, it's really something different and should be enjoyed while you're in Indonesia!!!

Alright, below is their Corned Beef. I snapped the picture because of the name. I find it funny and I'm sure, if it comes to Malaysia, the name has to be changed :-)

Then, it's the TEAS!!! It's like a habit, I would normally buy loads of tea when I'm in Indonesia but, I'm not a Tea-Addict!! I'm a Coffee-Addict :-)

Okay, every country has something different to offer at McDonalds, and...in Indonesia, you can get Spaghetti in McDonalds!!!

AND....the Spaghetti is sedap!!!

Banyak lagi great foods in Indonesia, but....I truly need the mood to share...

I Baked My Own Pizza :-)

I've Never Baked My Own Pizza!!!

Selalu pun pesan je kat counter "dadu"... :-)

Yesterday (as this is published, it will be 2 days ago), at a friend's ~~house~~ home in Putrajaya, they opened a Pizza counter where you can make your own pizzas! Heaven!!!

I made two pizzas!! And both (even when it doesn't LOOK good) tasted really nice! Knowing the fact that you can request extra cheese, with no extra cost :-)

Yummm!!! Yummm!!!!

Then, we, Hunny & I, were forced to pose for Mr Kekan. So, here we are!!! Wajah-wajah kesayangan hamba!!

Next, it is me enjoying a hot cuppa coffee made by Hunny :-) I'm a coffee addict and Hunny's coffee was nice. Really nice!!

Please do not say my eyes look purple. It was painted gold but the flash from the Blackberry made it look purple. :-)

Look at the the picture below. It's Teh Tarik & Black Coffee poured in an espresso cup. Yes, a Teh Tarik & a Black Coffee. Opposites attracts, right??

Haaa, kite pernah pakai purdah masa nak mengintip ke"player"an seseorang itu yang memang terbukti amat playerrrr sekali!

Yes, years ago, I felt a little suspicious about someone that I decided I should spy! But, how am I to spy when my hair is long & curly and detectable??

Then, I decided, lets go-arab!! I put on a black pants, a black top, a black scarf that covered my entire face which turned out to be like a purdah and went spying. Guess what??? All questions answered!!!

Anyways, would you guess it's me if I were to wear the purdah and walk around in public??

My Granny's Advise (WELL PRACTICED)

My late grandmother's advise to me was (among others) NEVER FORGET TO CLEAN YOUR FACE! AND YOU WON'T HAVE PIMPLES :-)

Nice one, Granny!!!

But, I've upgraded the advise, I don't only wash my face but I bathe! Even if I'm out of the house for 10 minutes.

Somewhere last year, I've been receiving emails about the China Porcelain Dishware that contains crushed pig bones!!! Haram tuuhhhh!!!!

AND...this happened last week, while I was at Jusco Wangsa Maju!

I saw this mug, that comes in various colours!!! And it has a HALAL STICKER on it. Now, this is cute!! Really ;-)

It was the match between Sime Darby and Terengganu. This is a match for Malaysia Cup :-)

I didn't make it to the stadium in Selayang because I had a BBQ Dinner to attend but, it's okay because it was aired at 10:30 pm on Astro Arena. Thank you, Stadium Astro :-)

Nasib baik tak hujan, if tak, Astro pun tak dak...

The main reason of this post is to talk about my favourite player, Abdul Hadi Yahya! I've been following him since many-many of his past games, but I realized, he always fall on the field out of the blue!

For example, during the Arsenal-Malaysia Match, after entering in the 2nd half, he fell...no one pushed at all and he fell.

Then, during his Singapore-Malaysia Match in Singapore as well, he fell. When Singapore came to Malaysia for the 2nd Leg Match, he fell again! :-)
